AL JARREAU AT THE BLA BLA CAFE

This is the first photo I made of a performing artist.

Every Saturday night, back in 1971 I went with my friends to

see the AL JARREAU play at the Bla Bla Cafe.

What a show! What a guy! He was amazing!

He is still is. He’s a world treasure.

Al inspired me to go on and become a music photographer.
