My new friend at Music Traveler Magazine is doing an article on Tom Waits. I asked my assistant Marijke to go look for all my negatives on Tom Waits. And she brought me a gem! This image of Tom’s car in front of the Troubadour in Los Angeles is one of my best-selling pictures. Much to my surprise and delight, Marijke found a horizontal picture of the same shot!

The next day, I rushed the negative over to my printer, MASA print. The maestro (Marcel) scanned, spruced up, and printed the image right away. Wow, it’s even better than the standing one! I quickly emailed it to my galleries, and they love it, too.
