Pick Withers (drummer Dire Straits) has his 77th birthday on April 4.

Dave Hill (Slade) is 79 on April 4.

Agnetha (Abba) –  I had a secret crush on her. She turns 75 on April 5.

Allan Clarke (The Hollies) has his 83rd birthday on April 5.

Janis Ian is only 74 on April 7. Youngster! And amazing musician.

John Oats (Hall and Oats) is 77, just like me, on April 7. That’s a lot of 7’s!

Alan Price turns 83 years old on April 19.

Robert Smith (The Cure) blows out 66 candles on April 21.

Iggy Pop – this legend turns 78 on April 21.

Peter Frampton- one of my all-time favorites. Happy birthday on April 22.

Bjorn (Abba) turns 80 on April 25.

Ronnie Lane had his birthday on April 1 but sadly passed away in 1997.

Muddy Waters was born on April 4, 1915, but left us in 1983.

Merle Haggard’s birthday was on April 6.

David Cassidy had his birthday on April 12 but passed away in 2017.

Lowell George (Little Feat) was born on April 13, 1945, but didn’t make it past 1979.

Gerry Rafferty’s birthday was on April 16, but he sadly passed in 2011.

Mark Volman (The Turtles) was born on April 19 and passed away in 2025.

Glenn Campbell had his birthday on April 22 but left us in 2017.

Gary Wright had his birthday on April 26, but left us in 2023.

Ace Frehley (Kiss) would have turned 75 on April 27, but also passed in 2025.
